Sanctuary Retreat has been chosen as your home away from home for its seclusion from the busy-ness of modern day life.
Just the scenic trip to the retreat will have you slowing down into a more relaxed Far North Queensland pace!
With the different styles of accommodation at Sanctuary ~ it allows for everyone to find a price that suits them!
Rainforest Huts ~ Secluded huts nestled in the rainforest canopy, these suit anyone on a budget or want to experience the rainforest sights and sounds. Accessed by a boardwalk to protect the forest floor, they have no solid walls and are screened. Shared bathroom with your linen provided
Deluxe Canopy Cabins ~ For those who like a little bit of luxury, you will enjoy these large stylishly appointed cabins. With natural timber handmade timber furniture, glass walled bathrooms that look out over the trees, shaded verandah.
Soul Food Experience ~ The Sanctuary Longhouse Restaurant and Bar has true soul food, with a chef brought in from the UK for our dining pleasure! Specializing in locally grown fresh foods, that will cater to all taste buds.
You can choose to self cater from the downstairs open aired kitchen and we will organize a shopping trip for you into Mission Beach.
Or you may wish to enjoy someone else doing all the cooking for you so that you can just relax!
- Delicious a-la-carte menu offering home baked goodies, continental style breakfast
- Dinner is a-la-carte in the long house with delicious menu that is changed daily with a rather enjoyable wine list.
- Juice bar is open all day and has some great juice and smoothies on offer or create your own.
You can self cater for dinner ~ but we sincerely hope that you will choose to dine with group.
