My 2013 achievement list

Over the next few days create some time to sit down and reflect on your achievements for 2013.
Create a beautiful space, make a cuppa and sit and allow each achievement to be taken down into your heart with your breath and then write it down.
As you write your achievements down you will be amazed with how much you have achieved this year.

After you have finished. Take time to read your list and reflect on what each achievement brought to your life or what changes it inspired.

Rest your hands over your heart space as your breath flows into your heart and simply spend a moment in gratitude for yourself and what you have achieved.
Bring a soft smile to your mouth and breath the smiling energy down into your heart and let it fill the chalice of the heart until it is full.
In this beautiful moment – you are filled with a sense of celebration for yourself

By focusing on what you have achieved it will help to lift your vibration and this will have a lovely flow on affect for all those who come into contact with you….and you will draw more positive experiences and people to you…..
