The Autumn Equinox (Mabon) asks us to find gratitude for all the things in life that have occured from Autumn 2012 to Autumn 2013.
Begin this list on the New Moon 12th March and continue till a few days after the Equinox on 20th March.
Each day read your list and add something new each day ~ it doesnt need to be a big thing ~ it can be a moment such as enjoy the beautiful scent of a flower on your morning walk, or a puppy or the laugh of a child, the blue sky, catching up with a girlfriend for a laugh! Or it may be the gratitude for family, friends, home, job, food etc… no limitations and get out of your head and into your heart when you are writing this…
Keep the list where you can see it often through your day and when you prepare for bed, take a moment to read your list ~ breathe in just how much you have in your life to be grateful for….Let this fill your entire being with healing energy on the exhalation……..
